LAWRENCE SIMENEZ

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach with 10 years of experience. I love helping people with different fitness goals. It might be helping people change their health status from obesity, from diabetic to diabetic free, or getting people off of their medication. Having an influence and adding awareness to their fitness journey, both emotionally and physically is my passion. I find the best program that works for each person. I have worked with elderly and teenagers, athletes and all levels of ability.
